While driving her vehicle on a major highway, a phantom operator of truck, who has never been identified, cut in front of the Plaintiff causing her to take emergency action to avoid collision. Her vehicle was caused to rollover. Several months later a subdural hematoma developed which was connected to the accident. A claim was made for uninsured benefits.
